22/1/10 - Mondraker now at Head For The Hills

New to the UK, Mondraker must be the most talked-about brand around at the moment. Magazines and those lucky few able to get hold of one so far are all raving about them, and they look set to be the must-have bikes of 2010. So we're really excited to have been given one of the exclusive dealerships for them, with our first bikes and demo now in the shop. Hailing from Alicante in Spain, they've been making bikes since 2001, with their roots in the Spanish downhill and freeride scene. All the hype started recently when they took on designer Cesar Rojo, who created a new suspension platform, the Zero Suspension System, and transformed the bikes into World Cup winning machines. That same suspension platform has now applied to their 140mm travel Foxy range, which we'll be stocking alongside their shorter travel trail bike, the 120mm travel Factors. Their downhill heritage comes through in both ranges, with short top tubes and slack head angles, so if you like your riding technical, then they're the bikes for you.
